All the Creatures Were Stirring...

I had the honor of creating a large acrylic on birch board house portrait for a dear family in Hamilton with quite a menagerie of furry companions. The challenge was including all pets and favorite wild animals with their house. Luckily the sizes ranged from little guinea pig to large horse so there were ample windows, branches and doorways in which to include the gang.

See below for a close up of all the players - this was a treat to paint and I loved the assignment! The more the merrier!
